@Izumi-Bakugou lion guard was like the hero version of the lions, the leader has THE ROAR, a bunch of kings from the past are formed from clouds and join the lion make a destructive roar, but whoever uses it to do bad things things, will lose it forever, scar had it, but lost it because used to kill the other members

@Izumi-Bakugou i put the text wrong last time sorryyy i know, but i did more research, well, tried, and thats the only information i got, Izuku is a Doll, thats why hes smaller and cuter than he normally is, and in the manga theres a part when shoto finds him, izuku is inside something that looks like a box i think because izuku's eyes and hair is green, hes a Doll Plant, i think you can made up that if you want, i didnt get any information about what a doll is izuku still quirkless, i think dolls can also have quirks, how that affect the fact that they are Dolls you also can make it up if ya want and in the second part of the manga, i think, shoto shows izuku to Enderwhore and just says "oh i almost forgot, meet my wife" i laughed so hard with that translation XD and izuku with the ? didnt understanding it was the cherry on the top LOL but as a idea, if you dont manage to think about everything, being a doll theres a lower rank to being quirkless in this world, probably if they DO have a quirk, is not too strong, and izuku being quirkless and a Doll, i think he kinda just got abandoned there, or someone ( that i swear i will cut their dick off ) just was using izuku was decoration and then, there was a attack, and because izuku was on the box he didnt get hurt, or Dolls are just resistent i dont know- there was no......... box lid??........ the thing that closes the box was missing so thats my guess-
