Random question but does anybody just cry  when they get a Charlie horse or whatever the fudge it's called? 

I'm sorry I haven't been on frequently it's just too much things going on I have school a YouTube channel, a show for the yt channel, getting everything ready, drama in discord it kinda too much

          When I get breakfast at school there is this little cereal bar, so I just grab one of them and head to class when I get to class, I take out my stuff and put the things in my backpack in my l`1ocker, so I get to my classroom, and I take a bite out of the cereal bar. After I swallow it the inside of my neck feels full and tight and it's kind of hard to swallow. After that, I just drink something, but it doesn't change anything so if anyone knows what is happening, please help me.

I'm sorry that I was gone for a long time I just need a break too much is going on its just too much for me my mental health is not the best right now but I'll try continuing my books and I'll try getting on every day but I'm very sorry and I hope you all can forgive me
