Oh gosh, halfway through the book and I'm starting to miss publishing deadlines... Two chapters of Six or Nothing today because I missed the Friday chapter! Sorryyy

IzzySuri

IT'S OUT. My book is finally published. AAAHHH!! I am so excited for people to read it!
Six or Nothing - set amongst the idyllic scenery of New Zealand, it's a small-town, semi-escapist romance of the moving - sometimes melodramatic - odyssey of first love.
Please, please, if you think you'd enjoy it, check it out:

To make myself feel a little better about how long I seem to be taking, here:

The Sun was preparing to rise again, hovering beneath the horizon like an actor about to step onto the stage.

And a beat was being thrummed in her head, like crashing booms off a massive drum, the sound waves travelling a well worn path - a familiar one, after all that had happened.

'Regret,' - the drumbeat whispered. 'I am regret'.

'And I will always be here to stay'.

Oh and also, SIX OR NOTHING (think about it). That is all. ;))

So, my genius managed to delete my previous announcement, so this is the replacement haha

I know this is coming with almost no prior notice but it's finally happened. THE BOOK I'VE BEEN WORKING ON FOR OVER A YEAR IS VERY, VERY NEARLY READY FOR ME TO SHARE WITH YOU (FEW) ALL!! And by very, very nearly I hope to meet my target of sometime this coming week... Anyway, take a quick read of this for a hint of what it to come:

Jess Kiaran-Lee is finally going on holiday to New Zealand! All she can think of is landscapes, walks and adventures. But what she does not expect to find, is what is waiting around the corner - someone.
Someone who will turn her holiday upside down, force her to rethink the way she views life and its experiences, and make the toughest decision of her life - to embrace the six weeks she is given with him, or leave with nothing.

Set amongst the idyllic scenery of New Zealand, this is a small-town, semi-escapist romance of the moving - sometimes melodramatic - odyssey that first love can be.

Keep an eye out! A sneak peak and title reveal to come!!

IzzySuri

As promised, a sneak peak:

She felt her heart swell with a million things left unsaid; a million things felt a million times over. It was as though they were back on that day in their pocket of warmth, of joy, of each other. But this was infinitely stronger. This was a place she had never been - uncharted, heavenly territory.
She could no longer hear the waves. She had lost all awareness of the wind, and her hair beating about her face. The trees, the path, were all gone. But she was not alone. She had never felt less alone.
She could see every freckle, every indent marking the lines of laughter on his face. They must have been closer than inches...

          ;)
