🌊Scars don't heal. They fade. Wounds heal and leave scars. Then the scars fade. You never truly get over something.

I have the universe inside I hold untamed oceans With constant changing tides  I'm home to endless mountains My goals as tips that touch the sky  I feel in waves of sunshine Or in relenting rains Don't tell me that you know me That "this right here is what you are I am the universe in motion For I was born from stars. My differences don't define me So i won't dare make a fuss  They can't define Plus No matter what skin color be it black, white, or brown No matter what village u belong to A village, a city, or a town We may look different from each other indeed But we all share one thing in common RED Is the blood that we bleed  And the color that we shed When we fall the skin that may peel That comes with the pain we all feel  and the time it takes to heal 
My differences don't define me We're all consumed by despair  And things we think ain't fair  With a truth that heavy to bear We drown in the sea of sorrow The same thing tomorrow  Until we die  Until our spirits fly high  Us seeing different people bring us fear  As if the end for our kind is near  we criticize  Instead of specialize  What lies inside  Trying to make a copy of one kind SAMENESS....  Instead of TOGETHERNESS...  My differences don't define me Will they finally accept  Instead of making me feel sorrow and regret Will they finally see what lies  deeper than blind eyes  Can see  will they finally see What criticism does to me? 🍒
