Hi, yes I have plans to, but then planning and doing are two different things. My Sci-Fi story Federation the next chapters of it are proving a challenge, so it might be awhile before I update that, but I have a few chapters of other stories in draft I just have to stop tweaking them and publish.

@emilita hi, thanks for taking the time to read and comment. Those first parts are sort of Trek like, but hopefully with future chapters I'll be able to take it beyond that. I guess it will all depend on my writing ability and my imagination.

I had a quick read of the first chapters you have posted here. I think it's great that you decided to make it into your own story instead of keeping it as a fan fiction, because that will give you a much greater space for creativity in the storyline. That being said, it does of course show a rather strong Star Trek influence. How close you want to keep it, depends on you.
The action takes place in the very faraway future, which is interesting for me to read, even though my own story is in the rather near future. I will give you some more feedback once we meet the characters!
