Something was rustling in the brush in one of the forest near the beach it was a large creature and definitely didn’t look native. Its round but oddly not beady one red and one blue eyes peered at Stanford. It seemed to be whimpering about something its whines sounding like that of an opossum…its eyes showed that it was in pain. Whatever it was it looked relatively harmless, it couldn’t hurt if Stanford went to check right?
Stan sniffed as he made his way up to his and fords shared room. They’d messed up and stan had taken the blame for it so ford wouldn’t get into trouble, which meant that their father had locked ford in there room while dumb Rick taught Stan a lesson it was a very painful lesson and he already had a black eye and a few bruises forming. He was desperately trying to think of some sort of excuse, he’d used the fallen down the stairs excuse last time something like this happened. He unlocked the door and went inside, heading straight to bed and trying to avoid looking at his brother, hoping ford wouldn’t say anything.
@T0ff33_L0v3r_8 Ford's reaction was instant. Him giving a weak gasp and covering his mouth with a worried expression "Stanley- that's..... that's really bad.....we...we have to get you checked up by a doctor" Ford decided
@J3lly_B3an_L0v3r_6 Stan smiled at him until the question of bruises came up, where his smile vanished. He sighed softly and lifted his shirt to show off a very ugly bruise over one side of his ribs. “Kinds hurts a little to breathe, I think I broke one”
@T0ff33_L0v3r_8 Ford's eyes widened before a wide smile went across his face "Oh my God! You're right!- we can move out together- find a place for you to stay- maybe get a part time job to pay the bills and- and- we won't have to deal with this bull crap anymore.." He said pointing a thumb towards the door where he's sure Filbrick passed many times already "But.... until then we can only hope...now- other than your face- where else do you have bruises? I have enough cold beverages on the table for them" Ford pointed to three other un-opened sodas on the counter.
“Hey sixer! I got you some snacks!”
@T0ff33_L0v3r_8 "Heh I'm not great at everything Stanley- just multiplication tables and anything with digits" Ford chuckled, pulling Stanley's book out of his backpack, opening it and placing it in front of Stan on the counter
@J3lly_B3an_L0v3r_6 Stan moved over to sit next to him. “I know! I’m great at that!” He said proudly. “Like how your great at everything else”
@T0ff33_L0v3r_8 "Fair enough...but I would have enjoyed watching you beat everyone else! Your punches are powerful and painful!" He explained, dragging out Stanley's homework then patted on a chair beside him for stan to take the seat
Bill was sneaking up on the boy, before pouncing and wrapping his arms around him. "Fordsy!"
@C1PH3RS He shivered a bit from the nuzzle "Well it's not fun if I'm given a heart attack by it"
