Just finished my first draft of We Never Lived! Time to go back and make some edits. Because the ending of the book changed, I'll be making some major plot changes. It won't deviate too much, but it will have a different feel.

Hello author,

I read your story the blind boy and I loved it. I just wanted to know that do you have any plan to write a story about paraplegic or quadriplegic hero?
who is paralyzed from spinal cord injury or any kind of injury.
there isn't many people who thought about us, want to right about us. I just wanted to know are you willing to write one?

@Nadian96 Thank you so much for taking the time to reply! I really appreciate your insight.

It's so unfortunate how ableist society is. I love crafting love stories for disabled characters for that reason - we all deserve love. I'm hopeful that in the future we can start to unlearn some very ableist mindsets (I feel like it's especially present in the older generations, but it's lessening in the younger).

I'm wishing you all the best in the world!

@byagirlnamedj_ The most misconception about disability is we can't do anything. Like we can't work, earn money. (I live in Asia) and we Don't deserve love. I Don't know why girl and Their parents can't accept us as they do with any able bodied person.

Spinal cord injury is not just u can't walk. Its far more worse than that. It's about relearn all the basic. Its about lose control over bladder and bowl function, embarrassing Accident, its all about autonomic dysreflexia, painful spasms and so much more

@Nadian96 Hi! I'd so appreciate just a general sense (nothing personal) of what you feel is misrepresented about your disability, especially in fiction. What people get wrong vs. what people get right. Thank you so much!

Re-posting edited chapters of The Blind Boy! I'm nowhere near ready to publish it, so I think it'll stay up for now (or forever - as you can see, I'm an indecisive gal).
