These days I've been rereading Entangled. Yes, my own book. As I went through the chapters, I also read the comments. Most of them were filled with love and support, and I truly appreciate every single one of you. But there were also many criticisms, especially about Jungkook's character, and I honestly feel that some of you completely misunderstood him.
Yes, Jungkook left Taehyung. Yes, he didn't fight for him when he should have. But did you ever stop to consider the difference between the two of them? Taehyung grew up in a loving family. He knew what affection, warmth, and security felt like. Jungkook didn't. He spent his entire childhood with an absent mother and an emotionally distant father. That kind of upbringing changes a person.Should he have fought for Taehyung? Absolutely. But this story was never about a perfect man who always made the right decisions.
