Hey my cloudies, it’s your author aby. First of all, I’m truly sorry for being absent here for so long. I did not want to disappear without saying anything, but life became very overwhelming for me. My mother was unwell, and because of that I was carrying a lot of emotional and mental stress. The circumstances around me were not in my favor, and honestly, my mental health was not in the right place to pour my soul into writing. Fettered is not just another story to me. It is something I imagined when I was very young, almost fifteen, and it has always remained very close to my heart. I always knew this theme would be heavy and difficult to handle carefully, and because of that I did not want to ruin it by writing with an exhausted mind. That is why I decided to take a break instead of forcing chapters that would not carry the emotions this story deserves.Another reason was the situation between Iran and America escalating, which affected many things here in Pakistan as well. For some reason, my Wattpad is barely working even with using vpn , so I could not even come online properly. I stopped reading stories too, even the ones I loved dearly. (Ride or die, and lil titgu stories) But please do not worry. I will complete Fettered, no matter what. The story will officially return on August 10th. You will receive 20 chapters at once, and after that I will continue updating regularly.
