Jennifer Msumba is an autistic writer, musician and filmmaker who, through art has learned to come out of her shell. She is best known for her new book, Shouting At Leaves and for her award winning film- The Fish Don't Care When It Rains.

Jennifer enjoys the art of telling a story in a way that most people can relate to, bringing them into her world and helping them examine their own. Her stories, films and music are positive, fun and upbeat while weaving a baseline of grit and strength born through adversity.

She is a member of American Mensa and a Sundance Institute Fellow. In her down time Jennifer enjoys playing Minecraft, fishing and spending time with her dog, Lemonade.
