✨ The Starry Awards Update ✨
          	
          	Hi everyone! 
          	
          	I added this as an update on the Starry Awards book, but decided to post it here as well. :D
          	
          	As the month of August comes to an end, so do the Starry Awards! We close from submissions in a few hours on Aug 31st, 2019 at 11:59 P.M. EST. 
          	
          	It has been an incredible journey so far and I want to thank every single person who has helped us along the way and to all of you who have entered your stories. 
          	
          	Now the daunting task of picking our winners begins. As a reminder, only 1 (one) story will win per category. However, we will be announcing the finalists, which will consist of 2 stories per category, by mid-September and the actual winners, by late-September or early-October. 
          	
          	Remember, if you have any questions, feel free to check out the FAQs chapter of this book and ask us anything there as well.
          	
          	Judging has begun on almost all categories, so be sure to also FOLLOW the respective Judge for your story entry. If there isn't one, it means I will be judging it. Entrants who do not follow ALL rules in the rules chapter will be disqualified, so make sure you followed the rules! 
          	
          	Super excited for what's to come, and as always, I will try to keep everyone updated as we make progress through judging.

          This is just a quick update and reminder that The Starry Awards are still accepting submissions in a few categories. The reception has been amazing so far, so thank you to everyone who has entered. 
          
          The following categories are FULL:
          FANTASY
          YOUNG ADULT
          ROMANCE
          NEWCOMER
          FAN-FICTION
          SHORT STORY
          
          The first round of judging will be happening soon. We will start to judge select stories that have already been entered. The Finalists will be announced by mid-September and the winners will be announced late-September to early-October.
