What's more concerning, the scars on my body from scissors or the scars on my body from other things??

i havent ranted in a while so uhh :^
          a year ago 2 of my friends who i talk to kinda often started shipping me with another guy in my school who i didnt like, and i told them that :p then they proceded to tell the whole school ( including that guy) that i liked him >:( and it lasted the whole year, and planned to host a wedding between us. HE DIDNT EVEN LIKE ME, AND IT WAS OBVIOUS I DIDNT LIKE HIM ( kinda crashed out in my room for a while cuz of that). and then this year a few weeks b4 i left to go to the hospital (for stuff) they promised they wouldnt bring it up. After i got back, they both started spreading the rumors, even when i told them that i lowkey like women ( as well as men) and i didnt like him butttttt they just avoided me more ( i think).  idk if this is normal or not
