❝ idk who needs to hear this but be so completely yourself that everyone else feels safe to be themselves too. stop changing yourself, your habits, your way of thinking, acting, dressing, speaking; only to be liked or accepted by people or their society. as friends, stop being mean, pretending of it as a joke. stop being insensitive towards someone's appearance. stop letting the third one walk behind saying the path is too small. compromise. squeeze em in. as a girl, stop dressing or speaking in a certain way to be noticed by a specific guy. stop pretending to not notice when another girl needs your help. as a guy, stop killing your habits just because someone else says they're not 'manly' enough. as lovers, stop keeping things from the other just for their sake. as a parent, stop doing what others tell you what would be good for your child. life is too short to have it be lived as someone else. be responsible. stay you. ❞
