For some reason WattPad isn't letting me reply to comments in your book, so I am just going to reply to one here, hope you don't mind. ;)
My point, when I said that the love in your love story threw me off, is that in order to be true to Loki's character, any romance between him and another character must be long in the developing and very resisted at first by him. Unless he is using romance to manipulate someone, Loki is, by nature, extremely averse to becoming 'sentimental' about anyone. So, yeah, romance can work! I am not saying it can't or that in a Loki love-story you shouldn't have love. XD That would be silly. What I am saying is that any love should, if it is true to his character, take a lot longer than a few chance meetings to develop. Loki does not love except - usually - against his will. Think of Thor and Odin. He wanted to hate Thor, but he couldn't. He wanted to hate Odin, but he couldn't. He wanted to forget Frigga, but he couldn't because he loved her too much. Loki hates how emotional he really is and fights that side of himself constantly.
I'll stop there, because now I am going into a speech XD. Point in brief: Yup, in a love story you need love. However - in a LOKI love story, you need long-tested and forestalled love for Loki to remain true to himself. :)
