hi!
i don't use wattpad anymore. most people i know have stopped using this site. you will probably never see content from me again.
i just wanted to thank whoever's read my works. as much as i hate to admit it, the stats of my stories impressed and inspired me. don't worry, whatever i write in the future will be much better than whatever they were. maybe one day you'll see a book with my name on it. i know i hope that happens.
to put it simply, i don't use this site because the entire point of it has changed from being about sharing stories to soliciting money, and i'm not the biggest fan of that. of course i understand that wattpad needs to make money somehow, but i just disagree with how it's happening. that's my opinion.
also, it is way too easy to steal content off of this site. if i ever do write something with the intent of getting it published, there is no way i'm putting it on this site. again, my opinion.
but to the aspiring author, new to adolescence, this is a good site. at least, it was. so thank you. to the readers, and to wattpad itself. this was what i needed.
