Question would it be possible for shockwave brawl and soundwave to regain the ability to transform like what if shockwave were to get his hands on some t-cog would he be able to make it that he brawl and soundwave could transform again

The drone core don't contain anything that makes them who they are like Nori's, only serving as an organ that allows them to regenerate. Without those cores, they can't regenerate without them.

@Endrgamr262 No, they can't. When they become disassembly drones, their Cogs were replaced with Solver drone cores.
            
            The reason Solver drones cores are located where their Cogs should be and not in their chests if because they already contains their sparks in them.

As a Transformers fan, I can finally say I have watched Transformers One.
          
          It was such a good movie and the dynamic of how Optimus and Megatron became sworn enemies is really interesting.
          
          I also had an idea of a MD rewrite of TFOne with Uzi and Doll taking the roles of Orion Pax (Optimus Prime) and D-16 (Megatron), and how the two drone girls become Uzinus Prime ans Dollatron.
          
          Just a concept, tho.
