How do you get seven peoples heart wrenched out of them in one day, have the son and/ or brother be killed and become nice two minutes before he dies, have them trapped in a goddamned demon realm, have Asmodeus be the father of one of them get him called to send them back. he askes for a payment the eighth persons memories of the others and his immortality, then have the other seven unable to tell the eighth anything about them. heart wrenching... wait I forgot the eighth and one of the seven are in love for gods sakes!!!!!!!!!
