I have three beautiful children, Roberto, Mika and Cassie.

Even though my life has never been "easy" or "normal" I have always tried to learn from my own mistakes as well as those around me.  Despite, or because of, my dysfunctional family, I love to read all kinds of books.  I devour them.  A good book is an excellent escape.  I have always been able to see the stories in my head like a movie.  I am a visual person and so books to me are a way to get lost in another place or life.  I often pick apart books and have been known to correct them while I am reading them.

I downloaded the Wattpad app on my MyTouch a long time ago and have not been able to stop reading since.  I was so excited to finally see a sight that allows everyone to get their work out there and be able to receive feedback.  I have been toying with the idea of writing forever and Wattpad has finally given me the courage to do so.

I would also like to say upfront that I started and am finishing my story for my kids.  Through my story, Unspoken, I have reconnected with my two teenage girls and it has given us a project we can work on together.  They are reading Unspoken as I write it and also allow me to bounce ideas off of them.  Thanks girls!  Momma loves you!
