@JackpotSadGirl late response but yes! it gives a atk boost when theyre on the field or not, plus the crit dmg sub stat! it’s one of  childe’s best weapons, its good for ganyu but amos bow stays number 1. if u have yoimiya, im better sure its good on her too! it has a hp% boost too but its basically useless to anyone but yelan so in short, yelan’s bow is one of the best weapons !
