Crimson Killer

I noticed that on the PC version of Wattpad, if you preview your book chapter, it'll add reads...I don't really like this. It's basically a cheat to getting reads. Is there a way to fix it? 'Cause if so, please someone let me know. Unless it's just notifying Wattpad that this happening...
