Heyo yall, you dont haventonread this, its just a vent. If anyone has this same problem , please let me know what it is. ill explain it, so I have insomnia, but its different, I stay awake all night sitting up in bed, but there are loud noises bouncing through my brain, sometimes it sounds like a waterfall, some times it's screaming, sometimes its just really loud drips. im afraid to go to my parents about this issue, it stopped for a few months, but it picked up again, and it hasn't stopped. this has been happening since I was 7, I'm now 14
@JaeOtxku Well, i just looked it up, and i think i either have depression, or Schizophrenia because i have most of those symptoms
@JaeOtxku Please try and get enough rest or it may only get worse and I’m not an expert but I think it is Schizophrenia and just the lack of sleep impacting on your mental health and well-being, please if u need anything don’t be afraid or shy to message me as I would be more than happy to help you out. If your too afraid to tell ur parents then the choice is up to you but please find a treatment you may be able to use for your insomnia and Schizophrenia (?) as it may only get worse as the days go by but again please don’t be afraid to talk to me about anything. @JaeOtxku Ofcourse I would worry about you hun! Whether I know you or not, I have absolutely no reason to not worry. If u need to sleep in public please do not be afraid to do so, if u have someone near u that u know, maybe if ur able to you can just take a nap on them like on the shoulder. Please don’t drink too much coffee dear, it can be really bad for you if u drink too much but you still can drink coffee
@JaeOtxku tysm for your concern! I try to sleep, but its hard to. My parents told me i should try melatonin, but the last time i tried, it didnt work! So now i try to listen to music to get me to sleep. It works sometimes, but not every time. Yes, i do have school, and there is testing all week, but when i have school, i usually drink coffee and try to stay awake. The funny thing is, ive never fallen asleep in any public places, cars, other vehicles. Ive never really fallen asleep during the day really! Thank you again for your concern!
