it's perfectly fine to feel sad. do not blame yourself for emotions you cannot control.

if you're s/o cheated on you, you have every right to feel mad, or angry. but please do not blame yourself. the person you loved obviously didn't see how amazing and unique you are. keep your head up, you'll find the one eventually.
if you're suffering the loss of a loved one.. cry. be angry. hell, scream if you need to. get it all out. it's better to get it all out rather than to hold it all in. i know it's hard. trust me, i've lost a fair share of close family/friends before too. but one thing i found out is.. it gets better. it might take awhile, but it will. i promise.
if you're dealing with s*lf-h*rm, please, do not destroy your body. it's the only one you have. ive had trouble with s*lf-h*rm too. it's really hard to quit, and i know it. but please, search for alternatives. one that i learned is taking a hair tie and putting it on your wrist. and pull it back and slap it on your arm when you feel the need to c*t. it hurts mildly for a millisecond, but does no harm to your body.
if you're struggling with body image, remember this. life is short. wouldn't you rather spend it being happy and proud with yourself than in a rut, than where you cant ever feel proud of your body? you are you. no one is born perfect. please be proud of who you are. it feels amazing. every "perfect" girl, boy, or person has felt less-than. it is normal. but, please, please, please, love yourself. no one can truly love you if you dont love yourself.
