lol Hi there! Yes I actually had that Picture stretching problem as you... 
          but its very EASY to fix it.
          
          1. Go to your story and find the "Writer's Tool" in the right side of your story.
          
          2. Find the "Photo" key its in between "Video" and "Promote"
          
          3. Put the link to your photo into the space given click "OK"
          
          4. Yes I know it looks stretched.. but WAIT! do not delete yet.
          
          5. Refresh your page or.. click on the "Go back" button then go have a look at your story again.
          
          6. Voila! You should see a normal sized picture on the right side of your page if you don't please tell me.. I will help you out until this problem is solved! :)
