You could do a platonic best-friends FF where the member is an idol.. They’ve been best friends since before his debut, so she knew him before the fame, she knew him for who he really was.. but after he becomes an idol, their friendship slowly gets affected by his hectic schedules.. they miss important moments in each other’s lives, they keep cancelling plans, and eventually they start feeling like they’re losing each other even though neither of them actually wants to let go.. There could also be misunderstandings because they both hide their hurt instead of communicating, along with cyber hate when fans discover their friendship and start interpreting it as romance.. She starts distancing herself because she doesn’t want to cause trouble for him, while he feels like she’s abandoning him just when he needs someone who knew him for who he was.. The story could focus on missing each other, growing apart and finding their way back to the friendship they had.. while both learning that their lives can change without their bond having to disappear..
The idol can be whoever you want, of course.. This is actually a pretty close idea to me personally, and I’ve had it in my mind for a while, but honestly, I feel like you might be able to write this concept even better than I could.. So if you like the idea, I’d genuinely love to see your take on it.

and maybe the fmc could have her own love interest too.. like, while visiting her best friend (mmc) at HYBE when he was still a trainee, she comes across another trainee who later debuts as an idol.. or you could use someone else entirely.. You could even give both of them separate love interests, so there's absolutely no romantic angle between the fmc and mmc.. And when netizens start seeing the fmc with her man, they hate her even more, calling her names like s**t and w**re and telling her to back away from the mmc.. 🩶
