@Dianya14 Possibly yes. In this world, he had a loving mother and a family and a Sumeru that quite much accepted him instead of his Genshin canon. Istaroth oversees time and the way the world goes according to time so she probably tried to fix Dottore's memories and make him the canon version of himself via messing with his memories.

@Jaleyoe but do you think its possible for dottore to remember all of his memory from the  previous timeline?
