Hi, I'm back.

JamForYouSeventeenth

Hello, everyone.

I just wanted to share something important. Lately, many teenagers have been struggling with problems so overwhelming that some end up considering suicide. I won't invalidate their feelings—because for them, that pain may feel endless, and that burden too heavy to carry alone. I know what it’s like to feel left behind, to wrestle with those dark thoughts. Suicidal ideation isn’t something that just passes easily.

There are moments in life when our challenges seem impossible to conquer. Alam natin na mali ang kitilin ang sariling buhay, pero minsan, hindi natin maiwasang maisip iyon. However, we must remember that life is precious—far more than the struggles we face. Giving up means losing the chance to fight, to heal, to grow.

I'm not speaking as an expert, but as someone who wants to shed light on this issue. Not only for those struggling but also for parents, guardians, and everyone who has loved ones they should look after. Talk to your children. Listen to them. Give them time, not just when problems arise, but always.

As parents and as a community, it is our responsibility to care for one another. No matter how small or big a problem may seem, we must offer support, guidance, and genuine understanding.

This isn’t just for them—it’s for all of us.

We need to help each other fight depression, raise awareness, and nurture self-driven healing. A little kindness, a little time, a little understanding—it can change someone’s world.
