I'm JAMES R MVULA. I write from the quiet places.   I'm the kind of writer who feels the story before I write it - I sit with the characters until their silence gets loud. I brainstorm in feelings, not outlines.   My writing is dramatic without being loud, emotional without begging for it. I care about honesty more than perfection.
