Hi James. I design my own covers but you can find people here on Wattpad who enjoy designing covers (Just ask around the forums).
          	  
          	  As for the pictures, as you aren't making money from your writing on Wattpad, using images you find elsewhere generally won't get you into any copyright trouble (They usually only care when you go to sell your work on Amazon etc.)
