Heya I just read Earning Gracelyn and the car ride moment where Derek admits he chose Gracie and the twins over Mickayla really hit me hard it felt raw and heartfelt. The way Gracie’s fear and his determination clashed in that scene was so powerful it honestly stuck with me. Do you find writing emotional tension b/w characters more challenging than the lighthearted moments?
