Janelle M. Evans graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in English and creative writing. She subsequently attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) and earned her Master of Fine Arts degree in Writing for Dramatic Media. In addition to writing novels, Miss Evans is an avid reader and writer of screenplays, reader of other people's novels, and short stories. She was thrilled to place in the top ten percent of Austin Film Festival, and the top five percent of the Oscar's Academy Nicholl Fellowship. She is currently pursuing a PhD.





Her favorite topics to write about are female anti-heros, evolving relationships (because love is never a straight path), and how much we're willing to pay to get the love that we think we want.
