Ok the only Tubes that will be in the place is for still developing Elementals. When Elementals are in the stage of humanoid or close to it they are put in tanks. Kinda like giant fish tanks. Some without water but the one that Stitch and Mace are in have water. READ THE STORY AND YOU WOULD KNOW THHAAT! :3 :1
