Hey guys. I need your guys advice. I’m 25 and my parents don’t even appreciate me that I do so many things for them and they don’t appreciate it. I know I have a disability which is adhd. But my parents are always yelling at me to take responsibility and all that. I do so much for them but I always get yelling. I’m just really scared and crying every night. I don’t know what to do anymore.
@Jaspreetmundeh22 try writing then a letter explaining exactly how you feel sometimes its easier than trying to talk because many times interruptions or arguing happens
