Okay I've been pretty inactive lately. I'm sorry. But I'm working on a Christmas one-shot that is gonna come out on the 23rd. 
          Anyway, I'm gonna give y'all a couple hints on who the character is.
          1: They are Bajoran.
          2: Never spoken to by the prophets.
          3:  Was in prison at one point during the occupation.
          
          Hopefully it isn't too obvious haha. Don't comment your guesses please, I want everyone to have fun!
