@owlfalcon I will be removing Pet from wattpad as of today and future updates will only be posted on ao3 due to wattpad's crackdown on "unacceptable" fiction; I no longer want my works to bring them any sort of ad revenue.

@owlfalcon Some of Portton is inspired by a town that I lived in in Europe as a babby Jaydee, all rickety cobbled streets careening down towards the water's edge, and the whole area has a distinct Germanic influence, but other than that I pretty much just make stuff up. I really liked Memoirs of a Geisha in high school-- still do-- but understand that you've got to read it as a work of whole fiction and not any sort of reflection on pre- and postwar Japan, and the Geiko culture is VERY different from what Golden makes it out to be.
