You know, reflecting on FC and the way Harry is so easily angered by Malfoy even after 8yrs rlly hits different when ur 8yrs out from school yourself.
          
          I literally just realised...thatse meee lol. And my gods I can not imagine giving that much of a fuck. I don't know ANY of you people anymore, its not even a problem to be civil. Maybe a bit awkward? Idk, i just cant imagine caring about school stuff still.
          
          I, however, am not Harry. He's a lot more emotional than me, and also chronically obsessed with Draco Malfoy, and never went to therapy, and blah blah blah.
          
          My point is just that it hits different being in his place. Like wow, u ARE kind of insane lol

I loved Friendly competition, and I really like how you are still engaged with your readers  even after being on Wattpad for so long.

New, improved, and more magical than ever, the Friendly Competition rewrite is now UP!!!
          
          Preemptively:
          
          1. Wattpad does sometimes take a bit to show updates to everyone, especially on mobile, so you may have to wait or check web browser to see the new version. However, please do tell me if something doesn't look right!
          
          2. Yes, I did take down Behind Closed Doors. As you will see in the rewrite, that’s because I incorporated those scenes into the original story! I wanted to make one cohesive narrative, and to make sure everybody had the same reading experience, and quite frankly I was very tired of BCD sitting there unfinished on my profile for a million years lol.
          
          Anyway, whether you just read FC for the first time or whether it’s an old favourite, please come back and do a reread ⁠— I think it will be worth your while! It’s three times as long now, with a lot of added scenes, and a lot more depth and better writing to the scenes that were already there, so I hope you enjoy it.
          
          I did my absolute best to preserve the feeling of the original, as well as all the iconic parts and lines, because I really did not want anybody to feel like they were missing anything from the old one, so hopefully you can enjoy the new version just as much or even more, with a lot fewer plot holes!

          Yeah, anyway, this account is still in violenttulip's hands, but I temporarily have it so I could post an update and answer some comments. Sorry if I never answered your comment, I only went back like 2 weeks, so... I really have always enjoyed reading and replying to all of my comments, but I guess that's no longer a thing /:
          
          Anyway. Friendly Competition! That's what you're here for!!
          
          I just wanted to let you know that I know, I KNOW I've been saying the rewrite is coming for like a year now, and it has yet to materialise, but I am actually almost at the end!!! Woohoo!
          
          All I have left:
          - 2 final scenes in epilogue
          - 2 smut scenes
          - edit the entire thing at least twice
          
          FOR REALSIES!! I am THAT CLOSE! And I am so so psyched about it! I genuinely have been chomping at the bit to share this with you guys and get your feedback for SO LONG and it's FINALLY getting close.
          
          I will disclaim: my headmates really DO NOT like sex, like any mention of it, so it is probably going to be a liiittle difficult to finish those scenes, and I will probably fade to black where I can, howmsteverrr. I really want that first scene in there. It's super important to me. And I can't put off this fic forever! Gotta live my life! So we'll see how it goes.

Hey, sorry to drop this on everyone so suddenly, but it was dropped on me suddenly too. I don't know if I'll be writing any longer/if I'll be back. I only recently found out I am part of a DID system, and it has been difficult, but one of the people in the system wants to take the body for good and they both want to lock me away in there. So yeah I'm not sure when/if I'll be back, and I did my best to lock my accounts by transferring ownership to my wonderful friend violenttulips, so hopefully nothing gets fucked with or deleted, but it is a little up in the air.
          
          I love all of you and have really appreciated your viewership and comments over the years. Thanks for sticking with me.

          Okay, the concept that im prob schizophrenic likely wont be a shocker to anyone whos been following me for a while/looks at my updates but. Lmao gotta say its kinda fucking hilarious to have my own fucking hallucinations now telling me im schizophrenic while my psychs are like. Thats prob normal ((: im sure itll go away ((((: (its not normal, ive been hallucinating 9mo+, theyre getting exponentially worse exponentially faster, and i am in the exact age range schizophrenia usually presents, as well as having multiple common comorbidities).
          
          So. [1] this is a reminder not to take shit from docs who are being dismissive if u feel like smth is wrong, bc u know urself/whats happening way better than they do from talking to u for like 10 fucking minutes.
          
          And [2] more related to this account: lol no clue whats gonna happen with some of these wips. Bc uhmmmm. Well so. Not sleeping is not doing great things for brain function, but is also making me try to keep myself occuppied, so i AM getting some writing done. But...the way some of these hallucinations are presenting is suddenly making me p averse to some of the concepts in the wips that i really used to love, like some of the ones i was most excited abt. So. Idk whatll happen with that.
