Why don't you start writing a short piece each day, like a diary entry, about the most ridiculous thing you or someone else did that day. You can assume a persona other than your own, i.e., pretend to be some fictional character who is commenting on your life or the lives around you. Could be funny some days and serious or sad on other days. Just one idea.
The important thing is to write something every day -- even if it's something you want to change later. All writing is rewriting, after all.
