Ladies and gentlemen, girls and gays, nonbinary and dolls alike. We have now officially commenced Book 2 of Moonbound, so buckle up, children.

I'm getting back into the swing of things now that we've started a new year. I'm committed to my studies, but I'm also committed to this story. I've been editing the chapters individually as of late, and more edits are to come since I now have an editor on board with the project. I also have chapters 26 and 27 completely drafted, but I have decided that, given the quality of the audience and readability, I will keep them drafted until I have edited everything and the story is complete. Until then, only 25 out of the 40 chapters will be available for a few days. I'll double up so that things go faster, but we are now 13 chapters away from completion, which gives me about a week to finish this book.

I have crawled out of the cave that is writer's block. I do have a plan for chapter 27, but I just haven't spread it out in detail yet. I do have chapter 26 drafted and ready to edit, but I'm focused on editing the first 25 chapters to give you all at least something decent to read. We're almost there, and I can't wait to give you all more during the winter break after my finals. Thank you all for sticking around for so long, and thank you for 1k reads. That's actually insane.

Just a reminder that currently any and all chapters posted so far are unedited and not complete. If it looks like I’m a “bad writer” or if anything was written poorly, it has not been edited yet.

After a lot of thinking, I’ve made the executive decision to complete the last 15 chapters of the book before posting it. That way I can work at my own pace and not feel so pressured to finish it.

Guys, I swear I haven’t abandoned Moonbound. I was just taking a much needed break from writing. I’ve been shelling out chapters quite frequently and I hadn’t had much time to myself. I also had exams back to back so I was extremely tired and exhausted. I’m in progress of finishing chapter 25 to edit a bit to make it at least readable and then post it. Reminder: this book may have quite a few things wrong with it because IT IS NOT FULLY EDITED NOR COMPLETE. I don’t plan on editing it heavily until AFTER I’m done with it so bear with me if some things don’t make sense.

My wonderful beautiful readers of Moonbound, we are now officially 16 chapters away from the end of Book 1. The past few days have been WILD, but expect plenty of plot twisting, new powers, and the occasional death and sad moments that will mentally reset you for days. With that being said, thank you to all that have been here for this journey and it means so much to have such dedicated readers. Now onto the final countdown!

Apologies that the next chapter is taking so long. I had testing and Family Day at my college the other day, but I’m promptly working on releasing the next chapter!

Chapter 23 will be released tomorrow! This week is going to be a little slow due to an upcoming exam and me going to the Renaissance Festival in two weeks. Stay tuned for the next chapter! We’re halfway there guys!
