Guys I haven't gone on a walk in the longest time (I'm talking like 2 months) because of different reasons like school, weather, energy etc. But I went on one today with my friend and it was only a really short one but I realized how much I missed how relaxing it was and that if I do it for enjoyment not out of reasons like weight loss etc. I actually really love doing it and it's so refreshing. So just a quick suggestion, if you feel like like you need to relax and get out of your mind, go on a walk, it's so nice and you get away from everything for a while and maybe even ask a friend or two (or more if you wish) to join you:)
