Despite being a 'Magical Possessor'(the ability to know any kind of magic), but mainly a 'wind demon', she has ADHD, difficult to teach things that are supposed to be known at her grade and age.
Friendly, and oblivious.
Habit of calling people 'peasants.'
She's a softie so don't really challenge her to a fight. 
Will hurt you if she finds out you hurt someone or something.

Rarely seen wearing her glasses because of the 'things' she has seen while wearing them.
So she sometimes cannot see anything at all.
She is still knowledgable to know a thing or two.

Her parents abandoned her and found a new child to take care of to replace Jem.

Never really learned anything when with her 'parents.' They disliked her but they never let her out of the house, so nobody knows she actually exists.
Jem at age 8, her parents decide to take her somewhere, and left her in the middle of the forest with little clothing and food.
Jynx then found her and took her in to live with him in the orphanage with the headmistress.
Jynx had been a bad influence on Jem as she grew older and became a bit violent. 
Jem almost died because of him.
But she doesn't know that she actually did once. Memories of that happening disappeared.
So when she turned 13 she changed completely and is what she is now.
