@LStory21 Hi! I use a free Canva account and free images from Canva or Pixabay. Nothing fancy. It's quite easy to use, too. A lot of people use Canva for their covers so if you even search for Wattpad covers on Canva, you'll get templates to modify if you want, so they are already the right size and everything.
