Sorry to those of you care of me not updating for awhile... I have been having writer's block!! I would like ideas for my books if you don't mind.

Okay so this is a silly set of questions... can someone randomly tag someone or do they have to be tagged and how do you know that your tagged, and what do you do when your tagged? 

I am so sorry about this.... I have deleted most of my stories because I don't work on them... Please don't hate me!
