Most of my stories have quite a bit of reality in them. Most won't be able to find the truth amid the fiction though. But if you look carefully, you can sort the fact from the fiction.
It has been proven that most people will tend to read a book of fiction rather than a work of fact.
Mix them both and the reader gets the best of both worlds.
