            I found your writing simply fascinating. You mix emotions with the landscape and everything is very easy to visualize. The part that says that Eyla was a writer who liked to send her characters to another world says a lot about you. It's as if it were breaking not only the 4th wall but the 5th. In other words, a character who appears to be the author, where he doesn't know he is the author but is a character... author... HAHAHA
            I thought that was simply brilliant on your part. The dark and mysterious figure of the Duke is interesting and knowing that he is a villain in himself causes more curiosity. Keep it up!
