          Button House: A Ghostly Love Story (Paranormal Romance/Ghosts fanfiction) - This one has supernatural elements with ghosts from different time periods and a slow-burn romance. It's inspired by the BBC show "Ghosts" but you don't need to know the show to enjoy it! Similar vibes to Wednesday in terms of supernatural mystery but with more heart. This would probably be my recommendation if you're into paranormal stories.
          
          Unraveling the Mysteries of the Captain (Mystery/Thriller) - A psychological thriller about a guy who thinks he's going to a Halloween party but discovers his host is part of a serial killer organization. Has that Scream movie vibe mixed with family secrets and betrayal.
          
          Bizarre Yet Bonafide - A Werewolf's Redemption (Supernatural Horror/Romance) - Two journalists investigate a summer camp massacre and uncover a 175-year-old werewolf curse. It's inspired by the horror game "The Quarry" and focuses on choosing to be a hero despite having monster abilities.
          
          All three are rated 16+ since you mentioned you've seen Stranger Things and Wednesday, so the content should be fine for you!
          
          Also, just so you know - Button House is about 40 chapters, but you absolutely don't have to read all of it! Just read however much you're comfortable with or interested in. Quality over quantity, and I know your story is shorter so don't feel any pressure to match chapter for chapter or anything like that. Just pick whichever story sounds coolest to you and read as much as you enjoy!
