Oops, almost forgot~ actual BREAKING NEWS!
          
          I have begun my own Substack newsletter called "On Desire & Devotion" because, as most of you know (probably all of you know if you ever read my writing all the way up to the spicy chapters), I have A LOT to say on the subject~ teehee~~ (Oh, I wish WP would let me use the smirk emoji here!)
          
          Anyway, the newsletter can be accessed by a free subscription on the Substack site, which I am now posting in my Bio.
          
          It's going to be about ~ yes, you guessed it ~ SMUT ~ 
          
          Hahahaha no, jk, jk, it will also be about obsession, devotion, hopeless love, tragic romance, and relationship power dynamics. 
          
          I'll focus on female characters' agency and power in Romance Novels and Dark Romance Novels, with subjects like: "If she's into [insert spicy dynamic here], does that still make her a strong, complex female lead and not simply a toy or plot device for the steamy, dark, brooding, handsome, charming MMC?" 
          
          The answer: a very clear and decisive YES~ and every week in my newsletter, I will talk about and show you why!
          
          Oh, and also there will be interactive stories where readers can choose-your-own-adventure (work in progress lol).

          Wow, the past month has been a wild ride!! Yes, I'm still editing "SummerLight"; No, I'm nowhere near completed! Hahahah, but the month is not over yet!!! Please, no pressure!! 
          
          I'm sure all my fellow writers here can relate to how difficult the challenge of EDITING is~~ You can't rush perfection, but you can aim close.
          
          In any case, SummerLight will be removed from Wattpad as of January 5th!! 
          
          To all its current readers, please know I will be saving a copy of all your comments, encouragements, and creative criticism~ Your words are the most important to me and I will NEVER delete or let them go! (They will be printed in a pretty pink log and put in my secret diary that I will take out and read every time impostor syndrome tries to overtake me!)
