Hello everybody I'm Jessica King an autistic young adult (I was just diagnosed with Autism about 8 years ago) beginner fanfiction writer who started writing Undertale Oneshot fanfictions. I am currently just making myself write Oneshots so far, just because I need to make myself write short little fanfiction stories first then move onto writing longer, larger chapter fanfiction stories. As with NB, (who I'm using his profile description as a template for mine). I too am also way too many fandoms, shows, and games....
Let's see what fandoms, shows, games, etc. do I like from the largest interest and most active fandoms, games, etc. that i like/love to the lesser ones that I like/love....
Undertale 
MLP:FiM (Although I've been a brony/fan of MLP:FiM much far longer than I've been an Undertale fan.)
Pokémon 
Pokémon TCG & TCG Online ( there are a great deal of differences between the to versions of the game, mainly how certain actions are done.) 
BATIM (some of the comics, the ask Bendy blog, and another ask blog with Bendy in it)
Cuphead ( and a few Cuphead ask blogs as well as comics)
Eddsworld(I don't watch their videos hardly anymore)
And many more shows, games, blogs, etc. that would be way too long to list! 

I also routinely read and reread various Undertale fanfiction stories on wattpad (most are technically and editorially speaking lacking in grammar, spelling, correct word choice, solid  vision story writing, and just generally could be greatly improved to varying degrees) while I'm browsing for certain Undertale fanfiction stories, or pairings. I'm always happy to help those who have those issues, and feel like they could come to me for assistance as I just notice those kind of technical issues when I'm reading fanfiction. I've been told that I'm an incredibly good constructive critic.
