So, I've noticed that I'm getting a little bit of a larger fan base.  PM me as to which books of mine you enjoy reading, and I'll try to update more frequently.  School's a bit hectic right now, so I don't have as much time as I did first semester.

He IS Scottish. He speaks fluent French and he is not living in France. he stays in France during his summer holidays. lol. It is all clearly explained in the chapters.

:-) Why so perplexed. He was 15. Had a father who owned a boat in Cannes. He was a normal 15 year old, liked girls most of whom in Cannes wore no beach clothing and he had a friend two years older who it turned pit he was devoted too.
