@Jezzabelle_Q I think one of the best ways to get your story out there (aside from the forms RIP) would be joining book clubs. Not only does your story gain visibility, but you end up getting a ton of great advice which can only help strengthen your writing (plus, you can end up making some friends and who doesn't like that?) I would recommend Share 2020 which has a space where you can request R4R and C4C if committing yourself to a book club schedule is less your thing. Here's the link, if you want to check it out:

Some more 'famous' Wattpad writers also have books where you can freely advertise your story and possibly set up R4Rs and C4Cs with other writers who have a story that looks interesting to you. Of course, using other social media to spotlight your works helps out as well.
You can always earnestly engage with other writers on Wattpad, adding stories to reading lists, reading and commenting on stories you enjoy, asking others questions, and build relationships up from there. Friends have a tendency to read their friend's stuff, so if you make those connections, (again, you'll have added to your friend list - woohoo!) and get more visibility for your works. Just don't go at it from a disingenuous place and post links to your stories on other people's message boards or books. :-)
