          Took a super duper long writing hiatus (your girl's working full time and has a lot of other stuff on her plate so kinda had to take a hiatus until I felt ready), but during it I wrote a lot, did everything I could to expand my knowledge on how to improve my writing.
          I'm not saying I'm THE BEST, but I got to a point where I feel confident and proud of what I write. So, following the release of my two new stories (Check out The Villainess' Play, and Shadow Of The Prey ;P), I'll be going back to edit and fix parts of my past work, The Emperor's Concubine.
          I remember that it was the best I could write back then, and I'm still super proud of it, however I know I can improve it with what I know now.
          It legitimately felt like my baby and always will because of how much planning I did (lol, no joke, at one point I was legit the Always sunny in Philadelphia conspiracy meme with sticky notes on the wall and my notebooks filled trying to connect everything lol). So I'll be editing it, and phrasing some stuff better because reading some of it, I noticed parts are a bit confusing to read.
           
          In saying so, there's a book of side stories that's been collecting 'dust' in my drafts that I wrote two years ago when The Emperor's Concubine was completed, and I THINK IT'S HIGH TIME I SHOULD WORK ON RELEASING THEM lol, so I'll be releasing that in the future!
          
          It's called 'The Emperor's Empress', and ties to minor parts and scenes in the duology, but it isn't necessary to the main plot. Basically a continuation of what happens after the ending, like subplots that'll make small details in TEC make sense, and fun side stories!
          Won't be releasing it for a bit until TEC re-edit is complete, and chapters for my two new stories are all good!

          -The Villainess' Play: A fantasy (reverse harem) romance story. Princess Aryllis Athana, is given a chance to relive her life again, but must avoid her tragic fated ending. Her life written as amusement by one of the goddesses of fate, another deity extends the offer to revive her, to live a life far different than what was meant to be. With the help of Casmil, a divine messenger, she takes on the challenge to free herself from her first life.
          
          -Shadow Of The Prey: Modern day based action, (Borderline) dark romance story. Agent Viper must go undercover with the alias of 'Elise Barrington', to get close to the target, a wealthy casino and resort owner, Carlisle Lennox. Both of them playing their own one-sided game of cat and mouse, both wanting different winnings, and the both of them playing as the 'predator' trying to submit the other into being the prey.
          
          Both have mature themes, so of course I'll be putting warnings at the top of chapters that need them! Both are definitely for more mature audiences too.
          I hope one of these peaks your interest and you enjoy the stories! Been working hard on them from planning, writing drafts, and re-reading and editing everything repeatedly for months (lol I basically memorized the chapters now). Finally feeling confident with the level my writing skills are at, I'm releasing them!
          
          Give them a read, comment your thoughts, and anything I should edit too, but I really hope you enjoy them! Having a lot of fun writing them so I hope that shows in my writing too lol

          I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and can spend the day with loved ones or doing things that make you happy!!
          
          I have many resolutions to work on for the New Year, and one of them being confident in my writing to post my work!
          It's been a while since I last published lol but tbh I've been busy with work, and I've also dealt with a lot of questioning in my writing ability. However I know that as time goes by my writing will improve, I just need to accept that if I release something, I can't be hard on myself if I can't write like my favourite authors. So I'm back and hopefully I won't beat myself up too much about my work, because in the end I'm really proud of the stories I've written so far and I just need to get them out there!

Hello!
          
          The Emperor’s Concubine is my biggest accomplishment, and I’m thrilled it’s ending (But sad cause I spent years writing it, but happy because I get to see it all come together)
          To finish the main story, I will be posting on Monday and Friday leading up to the finale which is only a few chapters away!
          
          Even more exciting news!
          
          THE EMPEROR’S CONCUBINE WILL BE MADE INTO A WEBTOON.
          (For those who don’t know what Webtoon is, it’s a online web comic! It’s like manga, but colourized)
          
          There’s no set date for the Webtoon to be published, as I’m drawing it myself, it may take some time, but I hope to release it to Webtoon Canvas by Summer 2022!
          
          Because I’ve been developing the Webtoon, and character designs, it drained me more as I had to finish the main stories. Doing so led me to have multiple ‘creative blocks’. I’m so thankful for your patience while I tried to work through the blocks I dealt with while writing.
          Since ‘TEC’ will be made into a Webtoon, I wanted to do a separate ‘book’ about the side stories. The side stories will show everything that happens after the main stories, and has stories based around other characters, not just focusing on the protagonists!
          
          It’s been a big journey and I’m so SO thankful to have readers who are invested in my story, and even made theories. It kept me motivated and warmed my heart that I was able to write something that made readers invested. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your love and support, I can’t bring it to words how touched I am that others love my story.
          I have a lot to improve and learn about writing, but to see this story I gave my all, be given so much love has been heart warming.
