I wan’t to say smtg important,
For those who don’t know, or expected else from ARIRANG:

ARIRANG is meaningful, now the reason why swim is the cover song is basic marketing strategy. Just like dynamite, swim is more upbeat and less meaningful if you compare it to the other songs in the album.

The main reason for song, most of them having most English lyrics, is that most K-pop song right at the moment is written in English, so to basically make them trendier.

The “cheap and repeated lyrics” is called refrain. Y’all never heard of refrains? That sounds pretty uneducated to me dumbahh!

No.29 has a reason and a meaning in the album! It’s a good meme, but for those who genuinely think it’s useless or meaningless just a bell, it’s not! It is deeply connected to ARIRANG.

And for those who are upset that bts didn’t do more dances, what did you expect from a bunch of 30+ man? Huh? They were energetic and happy! The notes were beautiful! Just say you want them to trust their hips cuz that’s all you’re interested in!

And please, for those who are sooooo upset about that girl being in the music video, grow the hell up! Do you think they are going to stay single forever?! Stop being a clown!

Either way, if you’re curious you can ask me, I can explain about marketing and theories around the bell and so on!

Let’s support our boys ❤️❤️ AND STREAM ARIRANG ❤️❤️

୨୧:: Can u spread the word?

I just realized something, and i feel like it needs to be said- especially for those who are feeling disappointed right now.

We expected Arirang to be deeply rooted in traditional Korean culture. We built theories, connected symbols, and convinced ourselves that this was going to be a certain kind of album. But the truth is. . . BTS never actually said that. That whole idea mostly came from us, the fandom.

So when the album turned out different - more global, more modern, with songs like SWIM being in English - it felt like something was missing. But that doesn't mean BTS did something wrong. It just means our expectations didn't match reality.

It's okay to feel a little disappointed. It's okay if the sound isn't exactly what you hoped for. But blaming them for something they never promised isn't fair either.

BTS has always been about growth, experimentation, and showing different sides of themselves. This is just another side. Maybe not what we imagined- but still them. At the end of the day, we don't have to love every song to still love the artists.
