I have been writing for many years and am both traditionally published and self-published. As Jo Allen Ash, I write the young adult dystopian Shadow Journey Series, which includes The Shadows We Make (debuted July 2022), The Thrice-Gifted Child (released January 2023) and the upcoming The Sleeping Myth (releasing July 2023). The fourth novel in the series will be out in January 2024. Not only do I enjoy writing young adult (as well as other tales), I also love reading it and have my particular favorites. In addition, I enjoy light romance, cozy mysteries, science fiction, fantasy, time travel, and history. To be honest, there's nothing I won't read if it catches my fancy.
